“Was assisted by Yonas and buddies on 31 May 2023 to move 10 carton boxes and they were really helpful and friendly throughout. I would like to give a special mention to Yonas, who was the key contact person via phone call – he was very professional & friendly to work with. I had booked my appointment for 9am-10am slot. At 8:40am, Yonas called me to inform that they are arriving in 20 minutes time. I was impressed that the team arrived at 9am on the dot. Packing was all done by them nicely with cling wrapping. After the delivery team departed from my place, I then booked a cab to head to the same destination and my cab took so long to arrive, but Yonas was super understanding and helpful, assuring me over phone it’s okay they will wait for me at the destination. Super great team of guys and big thank you especially to Yonas for being a great communicator & excellent service!”
